Fluid Bed Dryer Granulator

Working principle:- After cleaning, air is supplied through the bottom of the granulator and passes through the material, providing drying, heating and boiling of the raw material inside the tank. After the granules are heated with air and mixed, a special agent is added to provide the required composition of the granules. The process of granulation in the fluidized bed can be repeated several times to ensure the ideal state of the granules and their composition. This equipment combines drying, granulating and mixing equipment.
