Product Description

Features 
  • Washing port on top dish for WIP. ( Spray ball and CIP system will be in  customer scope ) 
  • Silicon inflatable gasket at top & bottom of the container  & at bag sealing.
  • Trolley of container with PU wheel.
  • Atmospheric inlet air is filtered by means of 05, 03& 0.3 microns filters.
  • Temperature sensors for inlet & out let air temperature.
  • Cooling coil with Rh sensor for humidity control atinlet air  AHU.
  • Inlet air temperature controlling & outlet air temperature indicating.
  • PUF  insulated  double skin  AHU  with inside galvanize sheeting up to the
  • Hepa filter with Pre ( 05 micron ) & Micro V ( 03 micron )filters in aluminum box. SS304 sheeting from Hepa filter to air outlet &Hepa Filters also in SS304 box. Outside powder coated galvanized. Cooling coilmade out of copper tube & aluminum fins. Steam coil made out of SS tube& aluminum fins.   
  • An explosion safety flap of adequate capacity at the rear of expansion chamber.
  • An earthing point will be provided in the machine.
  • Contact parts will be polish to the mirror finished and other parts are polish to the mat finished in GMP Model.
  • Blower made out of mild steel and painted.
  • All light glass & sight glass with T/C ended connection.
  • Inlet air ducting made out of SS304.
  • Butter fly valve with pneumatic On-Off type actuator at inlet and outlet air duct.
  • Out let air ducting made out of SS304.
  • Facility for providing filter / heaters chamber and blower/motor outside the production room.
  • Container sieve supported with perforated sieve.
  • PLC & Color  Touch screen for automation.
  • VFD with velocity sensor for CFM control and CFM display.

  • Top spray facility for wet granulation. ( This system includes solution vessel,
  • peristaltic pump, silicon tubing, spray nozzle ( anyone size ) with mounting facility and complete system can be control from PLC /TOUCHSCREEN.
