About Fluid Bed Granulator

A fluid bed granulator works by first fluidizing fine powder particles with a stream of hot air, suspending them in the air. A binder solution is then sprayed onto these suspended particles, causing them to stick together and form granules. The hot air simultaneously dries the newly formed granules as they continue to circulate, resulting in uniform, free-flowing granules.
