Integrated with digital PLC (Programmable Logic Computer) control and precise rotary cutting system, this Neck Sleeve Machine has a completely automatic operation. For reducing the wastage in this machine, we have ingrained a special feature which is No bottle: No sleeve. The effective speed of this machine is dependent on the sleeve's cut length. It can work on plastic bottles as well as glass bottles, that are round in shape. Further, the bottles can be of any height as the neck sleeve machine has a in-built height adjustment feature. The machine also has a sharp sensor for ensuring precise cutting.
