About Homogenizer Machine

Homogenizer Machine gives a consistent mixing of liquids having different properties like oil, water, honey, dissolved sugars etc. Homogenizer reduces the size of particles of one material and dissolves it evenly all through the other material. Homogenizer Machine is also used in food industry for e.g. homogenizing the milk that is sold commercially. This involves reducing the size of fat spheroids and dispersing it through the milk.

Homogenizer Machine has a capacity of homogenizing the liquid materials up to 30 kilograms per hour. The liquid materials are fed to the piston pump through the hopper. Back and forth movement creates a vacuum to suck the liquid and pushes the liquid towards the tip of the nozzle with high pressure which results in homogenization of the liquid materials.
