For products less than 15,000 cps you can calculate the required horse powerfor your dissolver by dividing your required volume by 10. For example, a 50Gal batch would normally require 5 HP high shear mixers to disperse. Thedimensions on these high shear mixers allow for a 36 lift and a40diameter vessel.
