Whether you are mixingcoatings, cosmetics, or need some extra shear to get to a proper finalsolution, BHAGWATI high speed dispersers have the power you need to get the jobdone. For products less than 15,000 cps you can calculate the required horse powerfor your dissolver by dividing your required volume by 10. For example, a 50Gal batch would normally require 5 HP high shear mixers to disperse. Thedimensions on these high shear mixers allow for a 36” lift and a40”diameter vessel.

The air over oil liftmoves smoothly in and out of position using a 3-way air valve, allowing thehigh speed dispersion blade to be placed at any position inside the mixing container.The unique design of the BHAGWATI provides 360° rotation giving this unit evenmore mobility and versatility.
