Coating Solution Preparation Vessel

Coating Solution Preparation Vessel is a complete system for fast and uniform coating of a range of tablets, pallets and granules. It is designed using high-grade stainless steel pressure vessel and S .S. jacket having modern electric heaters. This Solution Preparation Vessel is provided with high-end pneumatic oscillating type stirrer and safety valve for ensuring complete safety of the users. The spray guns are perfectly mounted on a transportable S. S. stand and spray nozzles are operated using a pneumatic cylinder having a digital timer.

Salient Features:

cGMP construction.
All the contact parts will be made from SS 316.
High speed propeller type stirrer with flame proof drive motor.
Suitable for preparing Coating solution for Sugar Coating as well as Film Coating.
Steam jacket shall be provided upon request.
If require, vessel provided with pneumatic stirrer.
Available in 10 Ltrs. To 1000 Ltrs. Capacity.
Product contact surfaces shall be polished to mirror polish.
CIP / SIP facility provided upon request.
