About Coating Pan

By optimizing each process in relation to each other, Vats& Vessels Coating Pan gives the best results.

Coating Pan is of Semi - Ellipsoidal shape with circular opening at the top. Pan is mounted at an inclination of 30 to 40 to the horizontal and it is driven with worm and worm wheel type gear box and electric motor. Machine is designed with M.S. fabricated structure and all arrangements are inside the enclosure - except electric control air filter and S.S. Pan.

Hot Air Blower:-

The unit is provided with a hot air blower with Temperature Controller. 30", 36", 42" and 48" coating machines have variable speed drive and hot air blowing system is built with the machine.

60" and 72" coating machines has dual speed with step pulley without hot air blowing system. Suitable hot air blowing system can be supplied separately on demand.

Special Features of Coating Machine:-

Coating machine is available with S.S. Pan of 12", 18", 24", 30", 36", 42",48", 60" & 72" sizes.
Product contact parts are in stainless steel 304 / 316, all SS Parts Polished to suitable finished required of pharmaceutical equipment.
The gear box, motor, and hot air blower are enclosed in a mild steel enclosure or stainless steel in case of GMP models.
Coating Pan is provided with inter locked electrical circuit so that the heaters can be operated only after blowers are made on to avoid burning of Heaters.
Mounted on dynamounts to avoid foundations.
Unit with FLP motors and FLP push button station.
Easy cleaning.
