The Working Mechanism of Tablet Coating Machine
Under the action of streamlining of baffles, the tables constant motion in complex orbital manner in the closed revolving drum.In the automatic tablet coating machine, the medium of coating sprays the coating material automatically as per the technical process and its parameters rationally. Inside the film coating machine, hot air infiltrates through the tablet 2019 score layers and get dispensed through the bottom layers. Due to this the tablets get dried and their coating becomes more even, hence forming smooth and solid surface of film on tablets. The complete process is carried out in the automatic tablet coating machine with HMI controlled PLC.
