Technical capability

Support mode leg-type support (conventional supply), skirt seat,

Saddle seat etc.

Adjust adjustable bolts of support leg to make tank body vertical and stable.

Storage tank with blender first should check the installation of drive machine if correct or firm. Then run the blender with hand, when it can run freely, then turn on the power.

Rotate direction of blender should according to attached drawing.

Cleaning & use

Residue inside the tank is washed by clean water.

When working, first click button start power and power is on; if emergency happens, please click button emergency, and then cut off the power.

Start agitator manually,in order to ensure normal agitation and personal safety. The blender is connected with top cover. If you open the cover, the agitator will be forced stopping working. If go on working, please close the cover, and then re-click the button.

Hot water and material can be heat up and kept constant temperature separately. If heat up hot water to set value and keep for a period of time, please click three-position button---hot water. After power on, it will auto-control hot water temperature at a certain range according to set value.

The heat method of material is the same as hot water.

The supplement of hot water is processed in the heating process based on the hot water and material.Please point the start button on the electromagnetic valve if you need to add or instead water to the Jacket. At this time, you should feed water under the button at the hot water level until press the stop button. If you made the button at the Material level, please feed water according to the material temperature. Please open the feed water button if the material temperature higher than the upper limit of the setting temperature. Oppositely, please stop feeding water automatically
