About Lube Oil Blending Plant

Technical specification:-

  • Custom designed Internal Limped coiled for Heating Agitator Stirrer.
  • Size :0 MtsI.D. x 0 Mts Tan to Tan Shell of sides 8 mm thickness and Bottom of 10 mm thickness with Dish-end bottom welded. Total Height Mts as per capacity.
  • Internal 2 or3 Limped coil spiral type in the vessel with inlets & outlets or Heating Elements ( Boiler not available) for Heating.
  • Vessel Support:Designed for Four support Brackets for mezzanine type installation.
  • Material of construction: Carbon Steel
  • Finish: Internal Mill finish, welds ground smooth and flush, scales removed.
  • External Mill finish, welds with flux and spatter removed and wire brushed.
  • Painting: All external carbon steel surfaces primer painted and finished with top coat of hammer-tone machinery enamel
  • Discharge flange type: discharge valve with 3 or 2 full port opening with piping to pumping system. Valve could be hand operated. (ball valve / gate valve)

Agitator:Blades to provide efficient movement of product andtransfer of heat.

This is coupled to a Reduction WormGear box (ELECON / RADICON BRAND) to give the sweep blade speed, therequired rpm.
